RETURNS
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
A proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
Used, damaged, or altered items
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:

Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
We’ll issue a Return Authorization with instructions
Pack the item securely and include the return form
Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions
4. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we’ll cover 100% of return shipping and provide a prepaid label
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability
